Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount — including the original shipping costs — refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return or after you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods.
Conditions
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Labels and any hygiene stickers are still present.
- The return is registered within 14 days of receipt via info@vellabutik.nl.
Return Costs
The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer. We recommend shipping via DHL with track & trace. Vella Butik B.V. is not liable for lost return packages without proof of shipment.

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days via the same payment method.
Excluded from Return
- Products that are custom-made or made to order.
- Underwear and jewelry of which the seal has been broken.
