Vella Butik B.V. ships orders throughout Europe with DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95 · free for orders over €75
- Germany, France, Luxembourg: €9.95
- Other EU countries: €14.95
Delivery Time
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days
- Other EU: 3–5 business days
Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In-store Pickup
Do you live in Amsterdam? You can also pick up your online order for free at our store at Burgemeester De Vlugtlaan 69, 1063BH Amsterdam. Please wait for the email confirming your order is ready before coming to the store.
